service, this Voice-to-Email
service is another part of our
¡§unified messaging service¡¨
for today¡¦s communication needs.
This unified approach allows
you to consolidate all your
messages, namely: voice, fax
and text, in one place -- inbox
of your email. Now, you can
file your fax and voice messages
under ¡§Tiff¡¨ and ¡§Wave¡¨ standard
computer format.
Also,
you can always forward your
phone number to our voice mail
number before you travel overseas
and have your voice mail retrieved
via email instead of calling
long distance back home.
How
does it work?
1)
Simply
forward your phone line
to the eFax or Voice-to-Email
phone number
2)
Once
the call gets forwarded,
our server will kick in;
play the announcement
and record the message.
3)
Our
server will then email
the recorded message as
an attachment. A copy
of the recorded message
will also be kept in the
server for retrieval via
a web browser.
There
is no limit as to the
number of messages saved.
However, there is a lifetime
restriction as to the
messages kept in our server
(5 days) and the size
of each message is limited
to less than 360 seconds.
